Although we allow any individual, service, business or supplier to post their credentials, qualifications, product and contact information online, we do not make any guarantee or endorsement of their accuracy or completeness.

2.0 Testimonial Policy
Users who employ the services or purchase products from advertisers are encouraged to submit their personal testimonials and ratings for the performance or product quality received. Only those who have hired a business or purchased a product from an active advertiser should submit testimonials or ratings.
PLAN2BUILD makes no claim to verifying the authenticity or accuracy of testimonials received and reserves the right to use or publish information submitted. We will not edit testimonials in any way other then to correct spelling mistakes, improve grammar or remove foul language. Copies of testimonials may be sent to individuals or businesses identified or discussed, allowing them an opportunity for rebuttal if an unfavorable recommendation has been made. NOTE: Users should be careful to only submit accurate statements about their experience, as slander laws are designed to protect both people and corporations from testimonial misuse.

PLAN2BUILD makes no guarantees or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of, or results obtained from, information provided by the user help feature or telephone representative. Neither PLAN2BUILD or its officers, directors, affiliates, employees and agents shall be liable for any inaccuracy, error or omission of information, nor for the actions of or results obtained from any service business provider that the user help feature or telephone representative may suggest or reference, regardless of cause, or for any and all claims or damages of any kind resulting thereof.
