PLAN2BUILD's office, sales team and creative group is located in Victoria, British Columbia. Our Service and Publication was carefully planned and developed with help from a construction industry professional who has experience designing, managing and inspecting projects in North America and Carribean.
Inspiration to launch an easy-to-use database website is credited to the many owners, builders, renovators and managers we met who provided input. Their needs helped identify a simple truth among many; that an easy-to-use search tool and time saving method would help them buy building lots, hire labour, tender work, trade equipment or recycle material (removed from demolition) within an industry specific marketplace!
"Property owners, building managers, home builders and renovators needed a more effective way to research service providers, find new products, schedule work, sell or buy unwanted equipment and recycle old building material.
Additionally, there's a large consumer group who don't have the time or tools needed to complete projects unassisted, despite all the 'Do-it-Yourself' encouragement we so often hear. For them, a 'Plan-it-Yourself 100% Professional' approach probably makes more sense!
PLAN2BUILD was an ambitious project from the start, with two objectives. First, we wanted to help Builders, Project Managers, Professionals and Opportunity Seeking Individuals find what they're looking for. Second, we wanted to provide the important information needed to make a good purchasing decision, with less time and effort."
